Redmine Announcements plugin

This is a Redmine Announcements plugin for Redmine

Installation

1. Copy the plugin directory into the "plugins" directory at the root of your Redmine directory

2. Migrate and copy plugin assets: rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production

3. Restart Redmine

Installed plugins are listed and can be configured from 'Admin -> Plugins' screen.

Note: Announcements are scoped within project.
